The Quality in Construction course has been developed by the Construction Special Interest Group in partnership with the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI). It introduces learners to practical tools and good practice approaches to managing quality in construction at all stages of the project lifecycle. Construction Project Lifecycle

The Construction Project Lifecycle Diagram focusses on the key Quality Actions of the Principle Contractor and the sub-contractors.
It is intended for use by all participants in construction projects to provide a concise list of key activities required to deliver a successful project that meets the quality, time and cost target expectations. This includes Testing and Commissioning and other key handover activities.
