EFQM excellence model in construction
This joint event run by ConSIG and the British Quality Foundation will focus on the ways in which the EFQM Excellence Model can be used to enhance quality and generate value in construction. Attendees will gain an understanding of the basic concepts of the EFQM Excellence Model and speakers will share insights into their experiences using the model.
